On 21st October 2024, the “China IP Protection Symposium”, which is hosted by Unifab, is held in Paris.
The Symposium features a keynote presentation on the topic of “Intellectual Property in China” by a trio of francophone speakers from Wanhuida Intellectual Property.
The firm’s Partner and Management Committee member Dr. Huang Hui, and two other Partners Paul Ranjard and Zhu Zhigang offer the audience an informative and thought-provoking session covering the holistic IP application, registration, enforcement and litigation trends, the latest legislative updates pertaining to the nation’s Trademark Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law and GI-related regulations, the development of China’s punitive damages regime and the annual exemplary cases selected by the China Supreme Court and local courts.
