On 14th June 2024, “The Latest Practice of IP Disputes Resolution: Economic Evaluation and Patent Licensing”, which is jointly organized by Taylor Wessing and Oxera Consulting LLP, supported by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), is held at SCIA Tower in Shenzhen.

The event, which is part of the International Arbitration Outlook, a permanent fixture of the South China In-house Counsel Forum, aims to invite SCIA oversea arbitrators and international arbitration experts to share the latest arbitration development and practice in difference jurisdictions, so as to facilitate the globalization efforts of Chinese businesses.
